For freelance designers, video editors and small agencies
Send one link. Your client pins comments right on your design, PDF or video and clicks Approve. No login for them, no long email threads for you.
Free to start, no card needed. Solo is $9 a month.
Drop in an image or PDF, or paste a video link from YouTube, Vimeo, Loom or Google Drive.
Your client opens it, types their name and clicks right on the spot they want to talk about.
They click Approve or Request changes. You get an email, and every comment stays with its version.
You set how many revision rounds your price includes. Each time your client asks for changes, SignOff counts it and shows it to both of you.
So when round 3 comes in on a 2 round quote, you are not guessing or digging through email. The project says it plainly, and it is easier to say "happy to, here is the price for the extra round."

For comparison, other review tools listed these entry prices on their own pricing pages when we checked on 27 October 2026: Pastel Pro $35 a month ($29 a month billed yearly), MarkUp.io Pro from $79 a month, and Filestage Starter $249 a month ($199 a month billed yearly). Those tools also do things SignOff does not, like team seats and video hosting.
No. They open your link, type their name once, and start commenting. No account, no password, nothing to install.
Images (PNG, JPG, WebP) and PDFs, up to 20 MB per file. For video, paste a link from YouTube, Vimeo, Loom or Google Drive and your client comments at the exact second.
When you create a project, you set how many revision rounds are included. Every "Request changes" from your client counts as a round. Once they go past what is included, SignOff shows it as an extra round.
SignOff does not host video files. Video stays on YouTube, Vimeo, Loom or Google Drive. There are no team accounts yet, so it is one login per freelancer. It is made for solo work and small agencies with one person running reviews.
You can make a new link any time. The old one stops working right away, and all comments stay safe in the project.
