Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Tiny Tool Co., an individual seller based in the Philippines ("we", "us"). They cover your use of SignOff. By creating an account or using SignOff, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use SignOff.

1. What SignOff does

SignOff lets you upload your work (images, PDFs and video links), share it with your client through one link, collect comments pinned to the work, and get a clear Approve or Request changes. It counts revision rounds and can email you when something happens.

2. Your account

• You need an account to upload work. Your client does not.
• Give us a real email address and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• You must be at least 18, or old enough to make a binding contract where you live.
• If you think someone else got into your account, email us right away.

3. Client share links

• Anyone who has a project's share link can view that project and leave comments. They do not need a password.
• Keep your links private and send them only to the people who should review the work.
• If a link gets out, click "New link" in the project. The old link stops working right away. Comments already left stay in the project.
• You are responsible for who you share your links with.

4. Your content

• You own what you upload, and your clients own the comments they write. We do not claim any ownership.
• So that SignOff can work, you give us permission to store, copy, resize, display and send your content, only to run the service for you and the people you share it with. This permission ends when you delete the content, apart from short-lived backups.
• You confirm you have the right to upload and share everything you put on SignOff.

5. Acceptable use

Please do not use SignOff to:

• upload or share anything illegal, or anything that harms or exploits others;
• upload malware, or try to break, overload or get around the service or its limits;
• share work that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or other rights;
• send spam, or get into other people's accounts or projects.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. Where it is reasonable, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it. If you see something on SignOff that infringes your rights, email us.

6. File limits and storage

• Each file can be up to 20 MB. Images (PNG, JPG, WebP) and PDFs are uploaded. Video is added as a link from YouTube, Vimeo, Loom or Google Drive. SignOff does not host video files.
• The Free plan includes 1 active project at a time and 200 MB of storage. The Solo plan includes unlimited projects and 5 GB of storage.
• If you reach your storage cap, you can delete old projects to make room or move to a bigger plan.
• We may change limits as SignOff grows. If a change reduces what you already pay for, we will tell you before it happens.

7. Plans, billing, cancellation and refunds

• SignOff has a Free plan and a paid Solo plan, billed monthly or yearly. Prices are shown on the pricing section.
• Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. They process the payment, charge any sales tax or VAT, and send your invoices. When you pay, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms for that purchase. We never see your full card details.
• Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each month or year until you cancel.
• You can cancel any time. You keep paid features until the end of the period you already paid for. After that, your account moves to the Free plan. We do not delete your projects when you cancel, but you cannot add new work past the Free limits.
• Refunds: if something went wrong, such as a charge you did not expect, email us within 14 days of the charge and we will sort it out fairly. Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method.
• If we change a price, we will tell you at least 30 days before it applies to your next renewal.

8. Deleting your data

• You can delete a project at any time. This removes its files, versions, comments and share link.
• To close your account and delete everything in it, email us from your account email address. We will do it within 30 days.
• Our Privacy Policy explains what we keep and for how long.

9. Availability

We work hard to keep SignOff running and your work safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available, fast or free of errors. We may change, pause or stop features. Please keep your own copies of your original files. If we ever decide to shut SignOff down, we will give you at least 30 days' notice so you can export what you need, and we will refund any unused prepaid time.

10. Limits on our liability

• SignOff is provided "as is" and "as available", to the extent the law allows.
• We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit, lost clients or lost data, that come from using or not being able to use SignOff.
• Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50 if that is more.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law, including your rights as a consumer.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as SignOff grows. We will change the date at the top, and for important changes we will email you or show a notice in the app before they take effect. If you keep using SignOff after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms. If you do not agree, you can cancel and close your account.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. If we have a disagreement, let us first try to fix it together by email. If we cannot, it will be settled by the courts of the Philippines, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it somewhere else.
